Main features: The hardware integration working avoids the errors in the test results due to software integration so that the test results
of high, medium and low sulphur are accurate, precise and greatly linear.
It has an air flow checkout gear developed by Sundy (Patent No. ZL 200610031713.X), which can keep the flow rate
between 950~1050mL during the test, and has greatly improved the test accuracy and decreased intensity of labor of
operators.
It has a unique automatic chain sample device developed by Sundy (Patent No. 200610031584.4), which can
automatically carry out the test of all samples, the test process realizing unattended operation.
During the test, the subsequent samples can be added on or cut in line for testing.
Networking and the balance interlocking are possible. |
Main features of SDS Series Coulometry Sulphur Analyzers:
The test results are accurate without secondary correction, which stands for the highest level of technology of Coulometry Sulphur Analyzers
The influences that secondary correction affects results:
Coulometry or Infrared Sulphur Analyzers need to be corrected for system deviation (First correction) and nonlinear index, during which 5 to 7 standard samples of different standard values are needed tested several times to form a calibration curve. It has proved that with the increase times of correction, it might lead to fantastic deviation results of the test data.
Dispensed with secondary correction, they can provide customers with the following experience:
Omitted the operating procedure of secondary correction, the debugging and operation of the instrument are easy.
The results are linear and accurate.
They can ensure accurate test results even the sulphur content of the coal sample is unknown. |
